An Interview With Marty Rodriguez: Real Estate Superstar

Marty Rodriguez, whose team closed 169 million dollars worth of transactions in 2003, has been in the real estate business since 1978. For the years 1991 through 1993, and once again in 1997, she was ranked the top real estate agent in the world for Century 21.

In this interview Marty discusses the keys to her success, including the ways she has adapted to new technology, how she manages her time while negotiating hundreds of deals a year, how she succeeded in a down market, and how she markets herself to achieve the branding as the most professional real estate agent in her area.
