2000+ Subscribers and Growing

2000+ Subscribers since October 2006.
I'm never at a loss for words... this time all I can say is WOW!
Imagine 2000+ Real Estate professionals read Jeffrey's Journal every week.

I was teaching a brokers class last week, on a break one of the Realtors asked me why I give away all the information that's on Jeffrey's Journal.

I started Jeffrey's Journal with 3 guiding principles:

  1. I must always lead with a giving hand.
  2. I must always give away for free what others are charging hundred of dollars for.
  3. I must have the best tools to help agents make the most money in the shortest period of time possible.
What I did, how I did it, and why:

I Was speaking at a Realtor workshop in NJ. after the class was over A agent approached me and asked if there was anyway I could update her with new ideas and tips. I started sending my 3 Minute Referral Tips to this group of 25 agents.

Next thing I know I was sending the tips to 300 agents per week.
I needed a better way to serve my readers...
"Don't get suck in the same old pattens that haven't completely served you in the past".
I took my own advice, I decided on something new, I started

Once was up and running I started to receive questions from agents asking me about interest rates; "What are the rates going to do? How do I as an agent explain it to my clients / customers?" So the Mortgage Market Update was added.

Next, I started to post the 3 Minute Videos which feature great ideas from the worlds greatest thinkers.

Most recently I gave all my subscribers audio Interview Series with the top industry leaders.

Whats Next?
Some of the things to come to Jeffrey's Journal are 3 Minute Business Boosters, additional 3 Minute PodCasts , and more Magic Words

Thank you for letting the people you care about know about Jeffrey's Journal.

Next time you're in a conversation with an agent that you care about and they mention they would like to have more great insight on how to grow their referral business, please don't keep me a secret!

Thank you for allowing me to do something I love... Sharing my knowledge.
