Presently Market Conditions Are:
Treasuries rose last week helping to ease mortgage rates. "Treasuries are up because we saw some tamed inflation, which is positive for the bond market," said Avalon Partners chief market economist Peter Cardillo. Cardillo also added that "Investors are flocking to bonds as a safe haven."

My Expectations Are:
Investors will be watching Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, who is expected to unveil a sweeping plan giving the Federal Reserve new regulatory powers over Wall Street at the beginning of the week. Investors will also be looking to Friday’s release of the Unemployment Report for March ’08.
