A Bit of Security In an Uncertain World...

Dear Friend,

Here’s a quick note to let you know how I can help you or anyone you might introduce to me.

When my client MaryBeth called she was panicked. Her company had just announced a round of layoffs and while this round didn’t include her, MaryBeth was afraid there would be another round and she could be part of it. How would she make her mortgage payments? I invited her to meet with me that afternoon, then reviewed her file and used my HomeLoanFinder program to put together some options for her to consider.

MaryBeth had been very conscientious about staying on top of her credit cards and paying her bills on time, so she was a good candidate for a refinance. The loan she selected would lower her mortgage by $500 a month, and she agreed with my suggestion to treat that money as “sacred” and put it straight into her savings account, just in case.

MaryBeth’s employment situation is still uncertain, and this step helped ease her worries. She’s also introduced me to two coworkers who are interested in refinancing.
