What's that CNE after your name?

Dear Friends,

You have noticed the "CNE" after my name, many of you have asked what it stands for so let me explain...

The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation was launched in late 2006. In just over the first year of operation, over 1400 agents in 11 different states earned their CNE designation. An aggressive national expansion began in early 2008. Many agents who take the CNE seminar rate it the best training experience of their real estate career (see Testimonials on website). And the negotiation knowledge obtained during the CNE seminar can be used in virtually any negotiation inside or outside of real estate.

If you are looking for ways to increase your real estate sales, closings, and profits, our coaching, consulting, and CNE training will definitely help!

Our world class negotiation training (CNE) is designed to give you professional negotiation techniques, approaches, and skills to achieve the best possible outcomes given the market situation and your client’s personal situation. The training is tailored to address real estate negotiation situations and includes hands-on practice in role plays and case studies. Learn more about the CNE seminar at http://www.CNE-Designation.com under the “Why CNE?” . Our complete seminar schedule is listed in the "Workshops" section to the right. Public seminars (including registration) can be found under our “Register for Seminars”.

The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation is becoming recognized as one of the top new designations in real estate. After you complete our CNE seminar you will be able to confidently negotiate superior win-win outcomes for your clients. The CNE designation has been created for you so that you can communicate these new skills to your clients and fellow professionals. Use the new CNE designation in your marketing to separate yourself from the crowd! Use it on business cards, flyers, marketing brochures, farm newsletters, pre-listing packets, etc. Let your clients know you are the best choice! The CNE seminar includes over 250 pages of negotiation and CNE marketing materials.

We conduct public seminars as well as private training for individual brokerages and associations across the country (call for details).
